Grain Free Swirl Brownie Cheesecake

Brownie mixture:

1 cup almond butter


1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup xylitol

1/4 tsp salt


Cheesecake mixture:

8oz cream cheese

1 egg

1/3 cup xylitol

2 tsp vanilla extract

BAKE: 350 Degrees for 20-35 minutes depending upon pan used.  Bake until a bit golden on top.

Directions: In large bowl whisk together brownie ingredients until well combined.  Pour into greased 9×9 oven safe baking dish.  Add cream cheese to mixer bowl & beat until smooth, add rest of ingredients and beat until combined.  Dollop the cream cheese batter on top of brownie batter.  Using a knife, or toothpick, swirl cheesecake batter into brownie batter.
